Cancellations

You are eligible to cancel your order before the product has been shipped. To cancel your order call please git in touch with us on our customer care at +919381089215.If the order has already been shipped, we would not be able to cancel your order. Instead, of that ,you have to raise an exchange request once you receive the order.

Exchange

Jewel & I understands its Customers,Hence we provide 7 day Exchange policy.Customer has to ship back the product back to us on our address mentioned.Kindly note if the you have crossed 7 days from the date product has been shipped to you, you will not be eligible for exchange .

Criteria to be met in order to eligible for an exchange :

Product must not be used , Tags should not be removed.

Incase the product is broken/damaged Customer has to revert back to us within a day through call or email on the contact details mentioned in the website & Photographs of the broken/damaged product are also required.

For minor color and design variations in the products from the photographs shared on the website would not be eligible for a refund.

Sale items can only be exchanged during the sale period. Once the sale period is over the products cannot be exchanged
